7 Team Dinner Games Everyone Can Play (No Drinking Needed)
Team dinners have a rhythm. Big laughs, then a lull while everyone waits for the next round of food. That’s a good time for a game, as long as it’s one the whole table can join, whether they’re on beer or sparkling water.
These seven games are built for exactly that. Nobody needs a drink to play, everybody competes on the same footing, and what you walk away with is a leaderboard.
Getting started
- Open a game and tap the 🌐 chip at the top to make a friends room.
- Post the 🔗 link in your team chat, or hold up the QR code at the table.
- When everyone’s in, hit Start.
No app store detour, no accounts. A room fits up to 10 people, so for a larger group, give each table its own room and make it a table-vs-table night.
1. Trivia Quiz: an easy opener
Six questions from a bank of 1,000, nine seconds each. Faster right answers score more, so the lead keeps changing until the last question. General knowledge levels the field. Your newest hire has a real shot at beating the VP.

2. Reaction Speed: done in ten seconds
Tap the instant red turns green. Jump early and it’s a false start. Each round is about ten seconds, so you can squeeze in a few between courses.
3. Tap Battle: the quiet table gets loud
Who can tap the most in ten seconds? A 🔥 fever time pops up partway through and every tap counts double. The rules fit in one sentence, so nobody needs a walkthrough.
4. Would You Rather: small talk, upgraded
Five questions, ten seconds each, then you see how the team split. It gives people something to talk about that isn’t work, which is gold for a team that’s still getting to know each other.
5. Read the Room: who knows this team best?
Two options, no right answer. Score 100 points by guessing what most of the room will choose. After six rounds you find out who reads the team best.
6. Make a Poll: where to after dinner?
Not a game, but maybe the most useful thing at a team dinner. Write one question with two to four options and run a 15-second anonymous vote. Only the result shows, so “I’m fine with anything” finally turns into an answer.

7. Midnight Snack Vote: one more round, food edition
Fried chicken vs pizza, tteokbokki vs jokbal. Everyone votes on each matchup within eight seconds until one snack is crowned. Ties go to a 🎲 random pick. Handy for deciding what to order next time, too.
Tips for whoever’s running it
- Start short. Warm up with Reaction Speed or Tap Battle, then move to the minute-long games.
- Make a fuss over the winner. When the results come up, call out the top name. It sets the tone for the next round.
- Keep any forfeits light. “You host the next round” or “you pick the dessert place” is plenty.
