From November 11, 2026, an updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Playing stays the same: open a link and play, no login needed.

What changes in the Privacy Policy

• Login (optional): anyone who wants to can log in with Google or Kakao. When you do, we keep where you logged in and your account number there, a display name, and with Google the email address Google has verified (with Kakao, the nickname only). We do not keep your profile photo or the tokens Google or Kakao hand over.
• Passes on your account: a pass you buy goes straight to your logged-in account, so you can see it on My account from any device. For this we keep the account’s passes (a non-reversible value, not the key), their order numbers, and a random value that ties a checkout to your account.
• Nickname (optional): if you set a nickname on My account, we keep it on the account.
• Questions in the Service: when logged in, you can send us a question right in the Service. We keep the message for 1 year after the question is closed, and it is deleted with your account if you delete the account first.
• Login data is kept until you delete the account. You can delete it on My account at any time, and it is removed at once.

What changes in the Terms

• Passes are bought on a logged-in account (Article 5.6): you buy a pass on an account you log in to with Google or Kakao, and the pass goes straight to that account. Players who join a game still do not log in. While a pass can still be used, the account can’t be deleted, so the pass is never lost.
• Refunds right from My account (Article 6.1): tap [Refund] on an unused pass on My account and the refund is requested at once. Email (contact@playsnack.app) works just as before.
• Rooms for events and streams are now called “event rooms” everywhere.

If you do not agree with the changes, you can stop using the Service or delete your account before they take effect. The versions that applied until now are here: previous Privacy Policy and previous Terms. Questions? Write to contact@playsnack.app.
